Case Complete as of Nov 7th...Got 3 N/A yesterday when checking my status and called today to confirm!

All of you with IV Sept 23-24 scan date...your CC is coming this week inshaallah!!

@ The BigO: Your formula worked perfectly for me..I predicted a Nov 6 or 7 case complete (without the 5-6 days margin of error) and it was on Nov 7!

They have been approving the ones that has sent AOS earlier and IV around sept 23/24 and even later (I am assuming when they review the AOS, they review everything together)

The latest checklist or AOS scan date approval I have seen is september 18th.

Really hope they pick it up this week! (ha, as I typed this I realized a lot of us have been saying the same exact thing for weeks now loll)

I must be misunderstanding something somewhere, because isn't that what "last scan date" means? The last date a package was scanned? Which for me was 29 September. My AOS package was scanned a month earlier. I sent separately so the AOS scan date isn't relevant to me.

when they started the new process of reviwing both packages together, it got a bit messy? NVC stated that they will review both pacakges together (regardless if you sent them together or not) and will use the last scan date they have on file.

But ive seen where cases have been approved where the AOS scan date was late august/early september and IV package scan date have been on october.

So its almost like NVC is not really using the latest scan dates on packages that were sent seperately and if you your AOS was scanned prior to IV, they will use the AOS scan date and review everything together. Its all very messy and confusing.

Ah I see where our wires are crossed. My AOS package was submitted before the rules changed or at least sent before then hehe. I don't think mine is subject to that but I'm not sure. Either way it's been about 60 days since that I suppose, nearly

Not to be a party pooper, but the Checklists are running almost at 60 days like everything else. Sometimes when you see a CC soon after someone had a Checklist, it is often because they had there IV package reviewed after they sent their AOS checklist in and NVC reviewed the AOS checklist at the same time. But if your IV and AOS have already been reviewed and you are waiting on a checklist you can expect a near sixty day wait

Our AOS Checklist scan was September 23. Day 49 today.

My scan date is sept18 for both packages. No cc yet for me. I talked to nvc rep before they closed for holiday yesterday and she told me that the review of my docs has not started yet. It is my 54day already.

I hope to get a cc before end of the week.

Our 60 days will be next week Nov 19th. What's the procedure if its not reviewed by then? Ombudsman?

I want to share some experience with everyone going through the grinder at NVC which might help some,

As background, I was granted an expedite (through NVC) by my consulate which required only that I pay my fees and submit the DS260. Things bogged down. I was told 60 days... blah, blah, blah. My case went to a supervisors review. They did finally find the missing form, and as a result I was calling back to thank my supervisor (and the rep) for her hard work and we chatted for 20 min or so (it was an enlightening conversation). It was eye-opening to connect with someone on the other side and it prompted me to share.

Bc petitioner/Sponsor's income was 0, with reason that she has never never worked we got joint sponsor. As i know maybe petitioner doesnt have income but despite of it petitioner/sponsor has to fill form I-864. There information about employment is demanded so do you guys recommend to put everywhere 0.00 and explain in explonation letter why i did such or just leave blank? For example if i mark unemployed it asks me since what time and i have to put number only, so write 00/00/0000 and in annual income 0.00 and such or leave blank?
