on the DS 260 the section that says PERSONAL INFROMATION 1 & 2 is it about the beneficiary or the petitioner???

DS-260 is all about the beneficiary. The only part where the petitioner comes in is the spouse category, given the spouse is the actual petitioner.

Yes ~ I just tried and they're not accepting calls. I thought the holiday was tomorrow "Veterans Day" Nov. 11th. But as of 10:30 pm east coast time they are not accepting calls. I only have one simple question and I'm really hoping someone can help us. I've found info to send our two packs IV & AOS together to two different addresses. The main NVC website says Att: DR.... the DS260 form info says to send packs to Att: CMR/DR.

ATT: DR ?

Or ~

Att: CMR/ DR ??

This is for the outside of the main package.... not the Coversheets.

Please help :.) We're ready to send this today

Hey can anyone help me with two question

1. Ive seen alot of people saying tht they get 3 N/A. My case isnt complete yet hopefully this week abd when i log in. I havw two stuff on it one is aos fee paid and other one is IV fee paid wht is the the third one people been saying like they got 3 N/A when they get case completed.

And 2nd one is how do i get my skype call history print out.

yes sir i just talk to the operator after waiting 35 min, she told me they got everything they need. Glory to God after 5 months in nvc finally i got it. for those of u waiting good luck.

CONGRATS!! So happy for u and hopeful to hear some news this week. My scan date for IV & AOS is also Sept 18th but no change yet on the CEAC Website. Good luck on getting a December imterview...looks like they still scheduling Dec this week. ?

Yeah Federal Holiday according to this site: http://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/snow-dismissal-procedures/federal-holidays/#url=2012

This means they'll be closed and on the 22nd of Nov also for Thanks Giving.

When your AOS fees shows as NA, then you have a case complete

I went by the new instructions on the NVC site and sent to Attn DR. I even called and they said to put it to attn DR. They got my document and I got my email about 60 days

I just checked, my aos changed to N/A my scan date is september 18 2014. I am a kind of happy, is that could be a checklist too please somebodey tell me something?????? is that could be a probablity for a check list or case complete??????????

I got a checklist. I was wondering if I could send the necessary document to a friend in the USA and he to print them out and mail them to the NVC. Because if my husband and I sent them it would take two weeks for them to receive it. Is it ok to do it?

(We send for checklist Petitioner's I-864 form and Exploitation letter about no taxes Titled ,,Letter of unemployment") So of course I-864 form and letter need signatures. Just my friend who lives in USA and visited us temporarily goes back in the U.S. and i thought if i could give him all checklist package with original signatures and just he would domestic mail.


Second question, is it ok to print out our papers front and back or do they need to be single printed?

Great! Thanks... I called too and they said, "send it Att: DR." I doubt we would have had any problems sending it Att: CMR/DR but it was just the last small detail of conflicting info I felt I needed to feel clear of. In the mail it goes!!! Yes! (wipes sweat from brow) Hoping to feel some relief after this issent but from all I have read ~ I am sure it won't be far from my mind
