I felt the same way and now I am waiting on interview date which I have not received and my cc was 10.31.14. oh and DR Embassy is closed today and tomorrow.

I've been trying to call hoping that I can get the interview date if I call personally, just can't get through.

December 28, 2013 -- got married in the Philippines

April 27, 2014 -- I-130 sent

May 1, 2014 -- Priority Date

May 2, 2014 -- NoA1 Receipt

May 7, 2014 -- receipt received on mail

May 19, 2014 -- NOA2 approval

I've been trying to call hoping that I can get the interview date if I call personally, just can't get through.

I call everyday and nothing. I have seen that they usally send the dates on Thursday I am hoping this week. when I called today they told me when they give me the date it should be a month from that date.

On the previous page member from Columbia got December interview with CC on 11/7 .. If DR is open then you will get it...

I hope so but, I think it's going to be after. the lady today told me it will be for a month from the day I receive the interview date. I was praying he will be here for Christmas.

Looks like due to Embassy backlogs.. 28 days waiting time for Visitor Visa appointments.. Most of the consulates waiting time 1-7 days ...

I think what they mean is a month before the interview date. So if the interview date is set on December 15, they won't notify the party until November 15.

Well they are off today and tomorrow. And that's what I thought the lady said today a month from when NVC provides me with an interview date. I am thinking maybe this week. Holidays gets them off track.

yes that's what they mean example if I get it on 12th it will be for December around that time. bcuz they have to give you time for the medical.

you are lucky. I think it's DR listen there is another log with the ppl that have appt scheduled and that have been approved. which they state what questions they were asked.

After confirming some informations, I asked for the status of the case. They told me that the interview is scheduled on December 4.

K.. that means they started scheduling this week (open embassies)... I thought you were able to request interview through phone :)
