You bring hope to everyone that even after so much ####### the NVC has put you through you are still the cheery, loving lady on here. Nothing can hold you down from being with your hubby! Yes they told me I had CC then the following week I called to confirm and they said none of my files had even been looked at. I sent my parents wedding documents then the translation and was received Oct 22 and scanned in on the same date so they say. It's been more than devastating and I don't have words to express how deeply and profoundly it has affected me, I can tell you this, I'll never be the same again. Haha, I don't have any of that here. Just have 11 year old expired Vapo Rub (yes, you read that right, it's been expired for 11 years ).

Bleh, lemons! I might make some tea, but definitely with no lemons!

4th month here had a check list on Oct 3rd. My last IV Scan date was Sept 12th.

I'm praying Inshallah this month I get a CC or review of my files or something, this wait has been hard on me mentally, never in my life had I have to wait for anything to get until now. But I have a sweet wife who's just as strong and I'm praying this process quickens up, especially for others with how NVC is now taking AOS and IV at the same time.

I filed for an expedite for my wife's CR-1 with the NVC, the embassy quickly approved the expedite request but wen i have talked to the NVC they don't see any response from the embassy on their end. Does it usually take more then a few days for the embassy to relay their decision to the NVC ? I was also told by the embassy that the case will not be forwarded until the IV fee shows up as Paid. I guess i just wondering if i should be concerned that the NVC hasn't heard from the Embassy.

My 8th month at NVC and they telling me 60 more days so that would be 10 months at the end... No one can beat this

I'm not proud of it but we sent our I-130 February of 2013 USCIS changed the PD date to June 24 2014 and now I sit here and wait for 60 more days also. You can have the honor and I use the term lightly, I'll take CC . Good luck

Be concerned don't mean to scare you but NVC has lied to me before, call and request a supervisor if they deny you send me a message I'll give you a number that might get you supervisor in a day or two. Good luck.

Benadryl is the best you need to have it always, it's great for many thing including bug bites.

Be concerned don't mean to scare you but NVC has lied to me before, call and request a supervisor if they deny you send me a message I'll give you a number that might get you supervisor in a day or two. Good luck.

I'll call first thing on Monday. Its just bizarre to me that I haven't received anything from the NVC on how to proceed further.

Nearest pharmacy is about a 20 minute drive and I'm done shopping for the day I just made myself some tea, so I'll see how this goes.

You mean Benadryl right? Cause that stuff is magic even works after surgery when a persons wound gets itchy and no side effect. I can't live without it.

Saylin please help seems no one is answering on me

Got cc and interview but I also received a checklist to bring a corrected I-864. Got 1040ez and put in AGI in my I-864. I have an issue before about my 2013 tax return filed as SINGLE but I sent a letter of explanation and my amendment is still on the process. I am a regular employee. I have my father as my joint sponsor and I also filled out I-864 for him and it's perfect so I am wondering why mine is incorrect when I'm confident enough that I did it right. I even rechecked my copy here and there's nothing wrong I saw. I went to IRS office yesterday and told me that my amendment tax is still on the process and I can bring the tax transcript where they put a mark indicating that it's still processing. Actually I filed the amendment on July 2014 and until now nothing. Do you think the CO will accept it?
