@samreen23 congratulations, what was your scan date and was there any checklists ?

My scan date was I believe sept 11th. And yup it was for AOS chscklist.

Case filed- 3rd June 2013

NOA1- 6-6-2013

Case transferred to NBC- 12-18-2013

NOA2 finally- 4-23-2014

NVC received- 5-7-2014

Case number- 5-31-2014

DS-261- June 10th!

AOS sent- 3rd july

AOS scanned- 11th July

IV paid- 14th July

DS260 submitted- 17th July

IV sent: 19th July

IV scanned: 24th July

Checklist for AOS: Email received 3rd sept :cry:

Response sent: 7th sept

Checklist scanned: 11th sept

IV approved: 17 sept :dancing:

CASE COMPLETE: 4th nov 2014!!! (AT LAST)

Interview: Dec 8th :dance: :dance:

Case complete guys! I m shaking with excitement and happiness and disbelief. My AOS changed to n/a and we called to confirm. And they said we are arill scheduling for dec!!! I can't believe it that it actually happened.

Awesome @samreen23 so happy for you!!! did you only have one scanned doc or other dates as well. Mine sent checklist scsn date Sept 10 but also sent in additional for civil on Oct 3. Just wondering if they will review mine from Sept 10 and everything else at that time.

I just got my NOA2 from Nebraska and new to NVC stage...Will the NVC inform me how and where to pay the AOS fee and fill DS-261 forms? I don't know in which website to fill these forms and pay the fees

So they said that my last package was Oct 3 so have to wait 60 days after that one which is the last and not Sept 10 whichbis the first. However I still have my hopes up the Supervisor said last time that they would review all docs together and the first one is Srpt 10

its really hard to answer as NVC is so unpredictable. If they actually review your documents based on Sept 24th date then I dont see why they wouldnt review it together (since everything is review together now). But they might go by the latest scan date which will be when they got your correction. The only thing you can do is wait and see. Or call! lol

Slow two days. Hopefully they pick up and finish strong!

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Hi everyone,

You will get an email with your Case number and all the instructions. You can also call nvc to get your case number. Its takes about 30 days for nvc to get your case and assign a case number (it can be more than 30 days as well)

I probably shouldn't respond to this since my mood is not the best at the moment....but since I am one that "checked in" I will. Checking in for most of us is like a roll call . Just saying hey...I am still with you all even if I don't have a lot to say at the moment. I am not good at giving out technical info about the immigration forms or process but that is what the guides are for .I come here to NOT feel alone is this crazy stressful process and congratulate or commiserate with fellow VJ members or to glean little bits of hope. Your comment gives me pause as to whether I will "check in" any longer and that is not fair.

This is the reason I started the Rant and Support thread. So far it seems to be cival but at the time I posted the new thread it was really nasty. I for one was insulted for posting with emoticons which I do to try to make people smile. There was one member that posted that non relevant posts were like dirt they had to dig through to get to the gold, one even said I was so horrible my husband would most likely leave me when he gets his Visa.
