I hope they start scheduling tomorrow! (Fingers crossed) but I highly doubt it seeing how NVC works. Im glad u got CC email because i was afraid they did same thing they did to Soloenta & then they told her it was a checklist (said she had CC / Status never changed to n/a)

I think waiting for interview seems like eternity but we r so close to finishing with this.

Have a safe & happy thanksgiving...this one will be our last that we are away from our spouses ?

OMG Tell me about it!! I was still doubting a bit about the CC but sure thing this morning email confirming... :) I think for sure they probably start next week with the scheduling.. Just a bit more waiting and done with this nightmare.. Looking forward to having my hubby here for Valentines and his Bday!!! Even though we won't be together on our anniversary :( but I coulndt ask for a better gift than interview day.. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and safe Holidays!!!

The same thing happened to me today.. I just called and got checklisted because I wrote "01" for people being sponsored instead of just "1" can they get any more ridiculous.. I corrected that mistake today and my new i864 is ready to go...did u have to wait for the email or u just sent it without the email?? I'm going to expedite ship mine out tomorrow :(

No I did not wait for any email, The NVC rep told me to go ahead and send it asap. Hoping it doesn't push our cases too far back

Hi, were you able to call?

i just called. I asked if there is any update on my case, and literally half a second after my question she said "no sir it takes 60 days after your scan date and we havent reviewed it yet"

she didnt even check anything :/ I could tell she just saw my scan date and gave the 60 day thing. Ugh waited for 45 mins for that scripted message.

CSRs name was Abby/Abbie.

Two questions from my joint sponsor...

He writes my husband in his household size on the I-864. But does he have to claim my husband on his taxes when he does his taxes from now on? Or is household just for the purpose of this form and not for tax returns?

His two children were listed on his last tax return (2013), but have both since married. Does he count them in his household size because it's written on the tax form or not because they are not currently his dependents?

Nope, doesn't claim him on his taxes. The purpose is just to determine the household size to see if his income is over the poverty line.

If they're no longer his dependents, then he shouldn't need to count them in his household size any longer.

hehehehe If I could calculate that I would be a very happy man.

Was thinking of calling tonight (it is now Tuesday AM here in Australia) to see if they have started scheduling.

On another note...

I am so glad the maths prediction is working out for most people!! For those who it has not worked out for, it seems they are receiving checklists. They are still being reviewed within the predicted time frame but instead of CC they get check-listed.

Thank you for your help. So on point...

Congrats to you!!!

The first of the week is usually good with cc don't know why they slow down at this point, Maybe the Holiday? I got the cc email today but ceac stills says Paid.. don't always go by that :)

Maybe they get slow at end of month because they are busy scheduling interviews? Who knows....it's still so sad b/c I know a lot of people were hoping for CC by today or tomorrow.

I called when NVC first opened at 7am (11pm AUS) and was advised by the agent that they had not yet reviewed my AOS or DS260 form and that I should "hopefully hear something soon". Vanessa was the agent and was kind enough and at least looked up my case.

Thank you so much I was really hoping so I am leaving this week inshaAllah to ne with my husband and all I kept praying for was to be with him right now for the interview inshaAllah.. I couldn't stop crying yesterday when I saw that... I hope I hear this congratulations very soon.. Please remember is on your Duas.. I have called 7 times yesterday (literally, lol) all the reps told me it was just the form for my joint sponsor for i864 that I have to correct part 3 number 7 and told me everything was fine except that I said are you sure they said yup just that form for him.. I would wait the only problem is because I leave I can't really even wait for the mail so inshaAllah I have faith in ALLAH I will just send it out today praying for the best they all told me it was JUST the i864 for my joint sponsor.. I did have 01 on other forms but apparently that was cleared.. I think this is just an excuse for th to delay process... I hope this is resolved very soon and checklists are cleared quicker than 60 days :(

Our hands r up for Duas for u and ur family, we all cross our fingers for u and for all of us, so that we will reunite with our love ones for ever as soon as possible. Have a safe and enjoyable trip to Pakistan , say our love to Pakistan too. Our words of congratulating you are just few days away . Let's keep our hope up & GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
