I sent it in september n i sent all the original documents..now they r sayin they did not recieve it they r saying now to wait for supervisor review..now what shud i do?? I cant think of nythin..plz need some advise

Did you get confirmation that NVC received your documents in September like an email from them? If not, maybe the mail you sent to them got lost along with all documents in it.

If they are only missing original marriage certificate and they do have the photocopy of it, you can talk to the supervisor about it. Also, you better send in another set of documents right away to avoid further delays.

Yes i did get the email in september that they recieved tha documents now yester we called n they r sayin our documents were reviewed n they dont have our marriage certificate but we sent it to them.

I paid my IV fee on 11/17. Cleared my bank on 11/18. Still today my status says In Progress. I have no idea how long it takes for the payment to clear their system. I assume the standard 3-5 business days after it clears your bank. I plan to call Wednesday if it still hasn't changed. That will be 5 business days since it cleared my bank.

Please call NVC for that matter +1603 3340 700 just find out from my attorney she says this is an internal error they are working on it so it will takes about a week to verify it. Please call them for that matter so you can proceed your ds260 then can submit all ur support documents together for them to review for 60days

I called them just now. The rep told me it can take 7 business days and should clear today or tomorrow. Will call Friday if it hasn't, that would be 7 business days for sure. I asked if there was any internal system problems and she (of course) said no, not that she would necessarily know or tell me if there was. She said she could see it was still pending.

I mailed both packets of documents together already. She saw they were scanned last week. I also received the email that they were scanned and received. I wasn't anticipating this long of a wait for the IV fee to clear to be able to submit the DS-260, but glad to already be a week into the 60 day waiting period. I took the chance and submitted both using the AOS bar coded cover sheet. Fingers crossed and lots of praying that doing it this way won't cause delays.

Sorry to see that, we were expecting to write u congratulating words soon ..... any how that is needed to go through so be positive.Allah/God will help with more energy . Now regarding the issue.....please be more careful now, if you r sure that this is the only point object able ?Then go head send after correcting it with the old bar coded cover sheet, but I think u mentioned some where about two forms , is it correct? Those rI-864 and I-864a, if yes then if I were u, I will call them again to confirm if they want me to change on both or only on I-864 ? Don't. Rush !!! It is better to be late for one or two days then get trapped again( we r crossing our finger for ur tobe resolved soon ) GOOD LUCK.

Thank you so much I was really hoping so I am leaving this week inshaAllah to ne with my husband and all I kept praying for was to be with him right now for the interview inshaAllah.. I couldn't stop crying yesterday when I saw that... I hope I hear this congratulations very soon.. Please remember is on your Duas.. I have called 7 times yesterday (literally,lol) all the reps told me it was just the form for my joint sponsor for i864 that I have to correct part 3 number 7 and told me everything was fine except that I said are you sure they said yup just that form for him.. I would wait the only problem is because I leave I can't really even wait for the mail so inshaAllah I have faith in ALLAH I will just send it out today praying for the best they all told me it was JUST the i864 for my joint sponsor.. I did have 01 on other forms but apparently that was cleared.. I think this is just an excuse for th to delay process... I hope this is resolved very soon and checklists are cleared quicker than 60 days :(

Just called, they have not even received my I-130 yet. It was supposed to be sent to them on October 30, that's the date of last NOA (which says "we have sent your papers to NVC"). Oh well, they told me it takes up to 35 days to get paperwork from USCIS.

Hey I have a question.. For page 9 on the i864 for preparer information if you don't have one is it okay if I put n/a just for 3a) and all the rest below like 3b, 3c would correspond to that?? How did you all do that section if you had no preparer? Please help!!

I hope they start scheduling tomorrow! (Fingers crossed) but I highly doubt it seeing how NVC works. Im glad u got CC email because i was afraid they did same thing they did to Soloenta & then they told her it was a checklist (said she had CC / Status never changed to n/a)

I think waiting for interview seems like eternity but we r so close to finishing with this.

Have a safe & happy thanksgiving...this one will be our last that we are away from our spouses ?
