Oh, didn't know you were self-employed. Any chance you can take screenshots of the last few payments, paste them in a Word document and print them out?

As for the employment letter, if they don't have any official letterhead, then regular paper will do. Make sure they mention the company name, your name, how long you've worked there, how much you get paid and how often.

And the fact that part of your income is being used to qualify is the likely reason why they're requesting proof of current income.

OMG I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY AND VERY FRUSTRATED!! BOTH OF MY PACKAGES WERE SENT ON SEPT 24TH AND I FOUND SOME MISTAKE ON THE AOS SO I RESENT THE ENTIRE 9 PAGES ON NOV 6TH!! I CALLED NVC A WEEK AGO AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE REVIEWING PACKAGES SEPARATELY!! I CALLED YESTERDAY AND ONE OF THE REP TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REVIEW IT IN JANUARY!! #######!!?? REALLY?? IF THEY ARE REVEIWING PACKAGES FROM THE LAST SCAN DATE THEN WHY DO I SEE OCT 7 CCs WITH FIRST SCAN DATES OF EARLY SEPT!!??!! THAT IS TOTALLY MESSED UP!! I

Although no one really knows what NVC is doing, I assure you that even the ones who got CC with last scan date in October were told the same thing, that they will use the latest scan date. That's their default response.

They may still review your package based on sept 24 date. Nvc is all over the place, it's hard to gauge what they are doing

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

nvc process is unpredictable. But now its taking up to 55 days for them to review the check lists.

This is horrible. NVC is just unbelievable. Did you use the same cover letter to send your checklist or did you use a new one?

Used to be send the original civil doc and a copy of it. Now that it's just photocopies, should we send one or two of each do you think?

How can I not be gussa?? They are not even clear with their directions!! I am scared to receive another checklist in January!! Then I would have to wait till March!! I am prolly gonna end up killing myself lol
