SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2015 THE CONSULATE IN HAITI STOPPED USING HAITI MESSENGER; THEY NOW USE DHL INTERNATIONAL THERE ARE (4) LOCATIONS: PORT-AU-PRINCE, CARREFOUR, PETION-VILLE, AND CAP-HAITIEN. THE ADDRESS AND HOURS OF OPERATION ARE LOCATED IN MY PROFILE ABOUT ME.

  •  We stayed 6 days at the Kemael Hotel Tabarre 58, Rue C. Sylvain #4 Tabarre Haiti $80.00USD per night. It is off Boulevard 15 Octobre
  •  Or you can stay at the Le Monte Cristo Hotel & Suites Tabarre 60, Boulevard 15 Octobre, Tabarre Haiti $90.00USD per night.

  • As of October 4, 2016 Still waiting for RFE hardcopy to come in the mail, called USCIS on September 30, 2016 no help.
  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

Hello everyone!!!!

Sent in my I-129F November 20, 2014 and received NOA1 12/05/2014. I called a few weeks ago and they stated that they've received my petition and also my change of address. It's been 6 months and nothing else since... ??? Extremely anxious and at times very sad.

That's how it is. We did our before that and still waiting. Hang in there. More NOA2's coming soon.

Hey guys this questions has probably been answered before but I'm nervous and just want to make sure I understand everything. I receive my NOA2 ON June 10...June 23 They sent it to NVC....today I called and received my Case number and was told that they sent my case to the consulate in Ethiopia on July 6....I have sent my Finance a copy of the original packet and everything needed for the interview...but I have a couple of questions....what am I to do from here?.... my fiance has everything done but the Ds160 and his police clearance and interview ...because they said they need a form...I guess letter from the embassy...

And the affadavit of support wants the annual salary before taxes correct?

08/9/13 went to teach in Ethiopia

09/7/13 first date
04/25/14 Got engaged
06/30/14 returned to U.S.
11/10/14...I-129F sent
11/13/14...I-129F recieved

I am a November Filer. My NOA 1 was received on November 14th, 2014.

We are still waiting on the NOA 2.

Everytime I call, put in a service request, I get a E-respond saying that the case is still in security checks.

It is just about to be one year of waiting for us.

My fiance is in Bangkok, Thailand. I just spent a month over there living at her place. And now that I'm back to the US, we're just stuck with this hopeless feeling and never-ending wait.

12/14/2013 - Met in Virginia

2/2014 - Fiance left the US to Thailand on bereavement
09/23/2014 - Got engaged at The Temple Of Dawn

11/2014 - I-129F send

11/14/2014 - Date I-129f Received by USCIS

11/18/2015 - NOA1 Received

Finally received K1 & K2 visas after 15 months with most of that time spent in my fiancée's country (Cambodia). I'm too tired to jump up and down, but I am happy we managed to get through this process with some of our sanity still intact. What an ordeal. (And people complain about the DMV...)
