We had our interview yesterday and was handed a "Refusal worksheet" stating we are "ineligible to receive a visa..." under Section 221 (g). Then on the bottom it say "Further consideration will be given to your visa application after you obtain and presend the documents listed above and/or the following: EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP.

During the application process I've already submitted iMessage log, Facetime, and viber message. I didn't submit the WHOLE log as it is a lot, so I submitted when we started talking and the last month of our conversation.

We asked the CO what type of evidence do you want and his response was "I don't know, that is up to you to find out". We mention our iMessage, Facetime, and viber and he say it was not enough. Needless to say he was not very helpful.

I don't know what evidence are they looking for. Were the evidence I submitted weren't enough, should I gather the WHOLE history of our iMessage, Facetime and viber and send it to them? We just don't know what type of evidence are they looking for.

We are seriously thinking of hiring a lawyer to help us with this now. Before we do that I just want to ask if anyone has this issue before? Please help

We're sorry to hear of the trouble you are having. Did you bring evidence of your on-going relationship, such as chat logs, emails, phone bills, etc. from the time you submitted your original petition up to the interview? They need to see evidence (documents) supporting the on-going relationship, not just mentioning you are still in a relationship. Was the petitioner at the interview? I hope that everything gets cleared up for you and your lives together will soon begin.

Did you gave them photos too? Receipts, like hotels or restaurants, I wonder what evidences they still need, are you crossing the boarder Often to see your fiancée? If yes, I know they don't stamp your passport but atleast they should know that because that will show in the database of immigration ( I hope )

I'm sorry to hear this but I know you will find a way. Now I am more nervous, my fiancé crossed the boarder almost every Sunday just to be with me but they don't stamp his passport, but we always take a picture for us to bring on my interview.

We're sorry to hear of the trouble you are having. Thx u both for responding, we have submitted on-going relationship AFTER he concluded with our interview. He was very mean to us. We didn't think we need more evidence. I have a strong feeling I didn't submits enough evidence. My questions to everyone on this forum is how much evidence did you submit? A big folder worth of chat, text, email, call log?

When my fiancé sent the I 129f, it was only 5 pictures with differ dates in different places and his copy of credit card bills highlighted his bills here at Canada, but we are preparing more evidences for my interview on May 04, more pictures, I'll label where it was taken and date them, more credit card bills of him highlighted bills from Canada, Christmas, birthday and valentine cards, hotels and restaurant receipts and I will ask a letter from our church using thier letterhead that we are regular attendees..

And yes, the receipt of our engagement ring too.. ?

OH NO!! I'm sorry to hear about this..... Grrrrr....

Because my fiance is in a high fraud (difficult) country... I sent EVERYTHING but the kitchen sink. At the time we applied, I had been to Egypt 3 times and one trip was with my children. I sent pictures (btw - my fiance and I don't even take a lot of pictures when we're together cause we're not into that - I TOTALLY didn't realize the importance of always taking pics in different places and times but THANK GOODNESS we have PLENTY to choose from and we still sent about 15 pics of us and the kids too), chats (FB, Viber, WhatsApp, Kakao, SMS, emails). I had my family (MY parents and sister - at this point I hadn't met his parents yet), and a coworker write "letters" saying they knew of the relationship and engagement. We hired a wedding coordinator and she wrote a letter. We sent receipts of all the places we traveled, hotels, passport stamps, and places we ate and shopped at. In Egypt it's a very "cash" country so I didn't have a lot of credit card statements, but we have HELLA receipts. I also had our hotel receipts.

My fiance and I have "red flags" so we wanted to make sure we sent a LOT of "evidence". I've also been there one more time since we applied (4 trips so far since we met) and of course saved everything from that. We also now have a LOT of "wedding planned" stuff. Like, I got my wedding dress and my daughter's flower girl dress. We got our engagement rings. We sent out "SAVE THE DATE" announcements and even got our invitations (without date - as we're having a VERY small wedding and we'll have someone "write" in the dates for us). We're also doing Vegas, so we're able to make "soft" reservations (I have an email from the chapel we're having it at confirming the date we picked, but we haven't paid it yet). He'll take all that to the interview for further evidence.

Because of our red flags, we kind of felt we needed to cover everything so there weren't any questions. Unfortunately, there is a huge obstacle we were not able to overcome in regards to our red flag(s), but we're PRAYING EVERY SINGLE DAY that won't hinder us.

At this point, I would send EVERYTHING you hav"prove" your a bona fide couple. Many people here (especially if you don't have any red flags or come from a country that isn't as difficult as Mena countries - [[middle eastern/north african]) didn't have to send much at all and got approved. Some aren't as lucky. I sent a pretty thick "packet". My fiance will be taking the 1st packet I sent plus his OWN "newer evidence" packet to the interview. It's pretty crazy but we want all of our ducks to be in a row.

Our lovely journey!!

10/08/2015: AOS packet sent to USCIS (Chicago lockbox) via USPS Priority mail (They received it 10/10/15).

10/16/2015: Text/eEmails received from USCIS with receipt number. We received 3.

11/03/2015: Did WALK IN biometrics appt - took 15 mins. Person taking said work permit should be in mail in less than 4 wks.

12/28/2015: Got email/text notification EAD card has been mailed.

12/31/2015: Received EAD/AP card.

I am very close to the same situation. Got my NOA form I-797C with notice date of Nov.10,2014 , received date Nov.07. Have not heard anything for over 5 months now. Maybe we are getting closer to hearing if theories time is 6 months...

Hello!!

Have you tried to contact USCIS and see if there's any movement with your case? Unfortunately, it seems like TSC is taking a really long for everyone. I've heard some that haven't received any word for 7 months +. There's a TSC post here on VJ that might be of some help for TSC filers.

GOOD LUCK!!!
