Yes, I hope so too! My Fiance is having trouble at his job because it was rumored to his boss that he could be leaving the company. They are treating him badly so for his sake I hope it comes soon so he can leave. Hopefully, Texas will put the pedal to the metal soon and get these cases moving along so we can all be with our loved ones!

Same thing happened to mine. He mentioned to a coworker in January, whom he thought he could trust, that he would be leaving in June to spend the summer with me while we wait for NOA2 and his boss "made his position casual" about a week later.

Hi everyone! Its been awhile since i've been on so most of you I don't know. I was getting discouraged with my app being at TSC since November 10, 2014 and still no word. Is there anyone else out there at TSC that submitted around that time thats still waiting also?? It just seems like time is standing still..

It's been a while since last time i wrote here, but yes i'm still waiting for our NOA2 (go team TSC). I got lucky with my tourist visa, i'm in US since 2months, so i hope our NOA2 will be here soon, right before i have to go back (1month left).

Hi everyone, so on Monday, April 13, I will have my medical with Dr. Lyndon, I already had my Tdap last week and the the doctor here at Windsor said I might be immune to MMR, and asked me to do blood test, but alas, till now they don't have the result yet, Is it mandatory to have MMR shot before the actual medical? Any ideas guys? Thanks

Hi everyone, Josh had his medial on April 2nd. I checked the status of our visa this morning, and it says last updated April 7, 2015. What's the general time frame before we will hear back about an interview for him? Just curious, thank you!!

My fiancée had her medical 10 March and received her appointment letter the following week. I think it was sent the same day the embassy received the medical results. Hopefully he'll get his appointment letter early next week!

Yes, ours was received on Nov 17, 2014 and we're still waiting Hopefully with the transfer that was supposed to happen things will start to pick up! Good luck to you guys!

There is no transfer. They are routing all new petitions directly to CSC (even those who would have gone to TSC). They may have transferred another type of petition, but definitely not I-129Fs. The way the USCIS update was worded was shifty, and caused a lot of us to have false hope.

The following is a quote from correspondence with one of my State Congressman's DC immigration rep (via another VJ member):

"This is what I got from DHS leg affairs:

Good Afternoon Nick,

It is my understanding that the workload shift regarding the I-129F; I-140; I-485; and Forms I-821D/I-765 forms which were mentioned in the GovDelivery bulletin relate to newly filed applications, petitions or requests for consideration and not to already pending applications, petitions or requests for consideration. I hope that this helps."
