Have you called them yet? What are they saying? You're right, it seems a bit strange that you filed in November and got assigned to the CSC and haven't gotten approved yet. Have you checked Igor's list to see if there are others too? Keeping my fingers crossed for you...

Just called them tonight for the first time - all they would say was the average time processing time is five months and that they can't give me any more information. She said the officer assigned to my case may have a larger work load, and that could be why my case is taking longer to process than other cases. I (politely!) asked her if there was anyone I could call who could give me more details, since she said she couldn't, and she got pretty rude to me.

So...about what I expected. I've seen a few posts here mentioning Tier II - would I need to ask to escalate to them if I wanted to talk to them?

There are other November filers who haven't been approved by the list is dwindling. And thank you!

I have to go back for his sisters wedding which is March 1st, its not looking likely I'll have my interview/visa before then. Will do!

I received text and email alert that my RFE was received today, YAAAY! but then I realized I forgot to sign my intent to marry letter when I mailed it out!!! :ranting: :cry: OMGOSH!! Im so upset at myself for this tiny mistake that can add anotther week or so... !!!

How did it go?? Did they have good news for you?? I haven't had any luck with them yet but I am a few weeks behind you!

It went well! I got through on my 4th call. I was on hold for about 45 minutes. But the lady was nice on the phone and she even helped fix my email address, apparently they had it wrong in the computer because there was an L that they thought was a 1! Oops! But its sorted now, and I have my case number! My case is still at NVC, but hopefully will be in transit soon...

Hi everyone.

Just having some quick questions. I called NVC today and we received our case number. I know that the next step would be for my fiancé to call and schedule his medical.

I know that after NOA2, I was to begin collecting documents too.I have a letter of good employment from my boss. I have my last 2 pay stubs. A letter from my bank with my account information. AND the I-134 Support form.

I do not make enough money, so my dad is sponsoring with his salary. HE got a letter of good employment. His w-2 forms and his last couple pay stubs, plus a letter with his bank accounts. And he filled out the I-134 support form too. I did not send any W-2 for me, because I do not have one from my current employer as I was only hired there in January of 2014.

My fiancé flew home to England last night and I sent all these documents home with him so that I wouldn't have to post him anything. But then.. I realized I forgot to sign the Affidavit of Support form. SO. I will have to post him the forms after all.

Is there anything else that I need? Anything I'm missing or forgetting?

My Fiancé tried to call yesterday, but he said he tried for almost 50 times but it's all busy tone and at the last attempt he had the recording message is there any magical telephone number you can share please! Thank you!

I just called the regular 1-603-334-0700 number. I called about 8:10am Central time. Every time I called and got the busy signal I just hung up and called back. When you finally do get through it is a recorded message, and you have to listen to the options and press a couple numbers and wait on hold for awhile, then eventually you'll talk to an actual person! Hope that helps!

I don't know if they'll let you schedule a medical without your interview date yet.

I would add these to your list:

-last 2 years of income tax.

-Proof of your residency, Rental agreement, utility bills.

-Proof of ongoing/continuous relationship; phone call, text, facebook.....

-Two NEW letters of intent to get marry, because the old one should be already expired.

Hope that help, as I am preparing for packet 3 myself.
