Same here mine went to TSC and was received November 10. I check my number online every few days hoping to see something different... No luck yet. I think they need to spread some of the petitions out to the centers that aren't backlogged. But hey what do I know. Lol

We're in the exact same situation. The received our case at the start of November and we haven't heard a word since. My Fiancee called today and was told that the Texas centre we processing through "are dealing with a big backlog; and are only doing thirty a month", and they they are currently only processing petitions from June, so we're not to expect anything else until May...

Very disheartening.

Sorry to hear that Catana :( Btw I couldn't help noticing you live in Tallahassee - I lived there for 4 years :) I hope you don't have to wait until May to hear anything and that TSC speeds things up!

:cry: I'm sorry TSC filers. The disparity seems so unfair!

This is the extra disheartening thing for me, my I-129F is at CSC and VJ's estimate for it to be adjudicated was over a month ago now...

November 1st 2014: I-129f submitted for K1 visa

February 24th 2015: Visa in hand!

February 26th 2015: POE at Las Vegas airport, then onwards to Oregon! 

March 6th 2015: Marriage (with a "real" wedding to follow next year on 7/6/2016)

March 9th 2015: AOS, EAD & AP submitted

September 22nd 2015: Interview

January 14th 2016: Two year Green card received -phew!

ROC

August 8th 2017: 90 day window begins! ROC time!

September 28th 2017: Biometric Appointment in Portland, OR

March 5th 2018: Case received by local office

August 18th 2018: 18 month extension letter mailed

December 2018: Case moved to another office

February 2019: I was emailed that I was approved and my card was in production the same day of my N400 interview 😂

01/20/2014 On hold for ONLY 30 min, got our case# MTL 1234....

02/10/2014 Called NVC (4 times in 3weeks) no update. Checked website in afternoon, IN TRANSIT?!!

02/11/2014 READY. After 21 days of no activity our status magically jumped 2 levels in less than 24hr.

Emailed MONTREAL-IV-DV@STATE.GOV requested further communication via email.

02/17/2014 Got an email response from MTL "Your file is being reviewed. We soon provide you instructions."

03/04/2014 Submitted multiple inquiries with no response! Tired of waiting around, so emailed in Packet 3 with copy of student visa.

03/09/2014 CEAC Status Date changed AGAIN to today. Hope this mean we'll be getting Packet 4 soon.

03/11/2014 GOT PACKET 4! CEAC Status Date changed.

04/17/2014 Interview appointment.

I'm getting so discouraged about this whole process. It's two months today since USCIS received my case and not a word, not even an RFE. I didn't think it was a complicated petition but watching other people get approved has me wondering why ours is just sitting. Is it because we're a same-sex couple? Because I'm divorced? It's just such a bummer. And I know other people have been waiting longer and I feel for all of you!

Have you called them yet? What are they saying? You're right, it seems a bit strange that you filed in November and got assigned to the CSC and haven't gotten approved yet. Have you checked Igor's list to see if there are others too? Keeping my fingers crossed for you...

10/16/2015: Text/eEmails received from USCIS with receipt number. We received 3.

10/22/2015: Received hard copies of NOA's for I-131, I-765, & I-485.

11/01/2015: Got NOA for biometrics appt (for 11/12/15).

11/03/2015: Did WALK IN biometrics appt - took 15 mins. Person taking said work permit should be in mail in less than 4 wks.

12/09/2015: Got email/text notification for INTERVIEW date.

12/28/2015: Got email/text notification EAD card has been mailed.

12/31/2015: Received EAD/AP card.

01/11/2016: INTERVIEW (in Los Angeles office).

01/11/2016: Case in in "CONTINUANCE". Awaiting approval. (Feels like AP).

Remember to choose IMMIGRANT VISA (IV). Even thought the K1 visa is officially a "non-immigrant" visa on their site they list them as immigrant visas.

I have 13 digits. The first three being letters (I believe that is the embassy code) and the other 10 numbers.
