Hello fellow November filers!

We sent out our I-129 on Nov. 24, it was received on the friday the 28th. The waiting me esta matando….I know its only monday and it takes a few days, so i should probably stop checking my bank account every minute. hahah. when should i expect my NOA1 text/email?

Got the hard copy of my NOA1 in the mail today.

Hi,

you get it if get the NOA1 and sign the date into your timeline.

But this timeline isn't exact. Many people updated the timeline wrong (no transfere) and the second thing are the philipino timlines.

They worked faster in this case.

So don't watch on this timeline.

NOA1 for us was about a week after it was received. I believe this is fairly typical.

You can edit your "signature" by clicking on your username in the top right corner of the web page. You can also add one of the timelines with the animated people on it using the website Daisypath. Hope this helps!

My status on USCIS is still the same "case was received". They should have changed my ARN until now, right? Friday will be 2weeks since we got the hard copy of our NOA1. I'll wait until next monday and then call, just to see what they are going to tell me.

Don't panic about the ARN, even if this doesn't update, it will be written on your NOA2

I am sure I have read that other members of VJ have used a PO Box... try posting in the K1 forum asking about this specifically, but personally do not see why it would be an issue! good luck!
