I think we made ours before the NOA1 hard copy arrived and it doesn't seem to have caused any problems :)

Pheebs (or anyone else :) ) - For the I-134, what supporting documentation is your fiance planning on providing? I make well over the poverty line, and I'm thinking maybe providing a couple of paystubs and my latest W2. Not sure if the employment letter or documents from my bank are needed.

Our story!

04/29/14: Met on a Mediterranean Cruise on the MSC Armonia

04/30/14 to 05/08/14: Traveled together on the cruise - Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia
09/06/14 to 09/14/14: Visited Morocco - Casablanca, Marrakech, and Essaouira

02/11/15 to 02/17/15: Planned trip back to Morocco!

Our Immigration Story!

OMG I JUST CHECKED MY CASE ON USCIS AND CASE BEEN APROVED AS OF 11/25/14...

Yay! congratulations!

No, no. No blessings or weddings until after K1. In the perfect situation in my brain ( ;) ) I will have entered on K1 by June the latest, and do a civil ceremony almost right away. I am hoping that will give me enough time to file for AP, so that I can have my paperwork in order to head back to Canada by October for the religious ceremony or blessing. A girl can dream, right? hahaha

Amazing!! Congratulations!

Ohhh I see that makes sense! I think you have a good chance of sorting your AP by then, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you :)

Oh really. Im so happy for you. Hope my case will also as lucky as you.

Thank you so much! I hope so too! For everyone!

Eugh well this is the thing... we may need a co-sponsor. Dan just graduated and although he worked part time alongside studying he didn't make enough, and now he's moving home so is currently unemployed. He is very much on the job hunt and we are hoping it'll be sorted before interview stage- London only requires one form of evidence so if he got a job then we could just use an employer letter. Such a nightmare though, I'm stressing about it! He's happy to ask his parents to co-sponsor but it feels like a bit of an imposition...

So essentially, I have been no help to you at all :P so sorry!
