My status is still the same when i check it on the website: "case was received" :( But i'm going to apply for a tourist visa, cause i want to be with my love for holidays. So keep your fingers crossed for me..Romania is not in the visa waiver, so it's even more hard for us to visit each other, but i'll try.

I actually have an update.... my fiance was able to get the "decree absolute" that states her prior marriage was ended in 2008. So we are very excited cause this is exactly what the RFE requested. So she will be here on Friday for a 1 week visit and we will send out the document this Saturday. I have heard that CSC responds quickly when RFE responses are received so we are kind of hopeful that we will get our NOA2 before she leave for home. Thanks!

Glad you got that sorted out!

As for me, no updates as I expected since we are with TSC. Still can't check the status... Receiving the, "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information" error. At least the case on my USCIS profile shows the last time it was touched!

Anyone else still receiving errors?

Have you tried making a myUSCIS account? I heard this can bypass the error message sometimes.

Yep, I always log into my account and that only tells me the last time the case was touched. Other than that, nothing. I expect our application won't be approved for a while so I won't call, but it is a tad bit annoying that a status isn't available on their site. Oh well!
