I am tired of waiting for noa2, it has been 4 months already and I can't wait any longer. Should I call USCIS or is this normal??

http://goo.gl/SsucR3here u can see other cases like urs and make an ideea about how long u'll have to wait, as I can see the average time is 6 months or longer, dont loose ur faith, be strong, soon they will aproove ur case! Good luck!!

Yes, the I-130 takes a good 6 to 8 months to be approved and even a bit longer with all of these backlogs lately. You are also in VSC which is painfully slow in my experience.

The 5 month timeline is only an estimate. They do what they want. They don't care. Mine took 11 months. I contacted everybody and nothing sped up the process. You just have to wait. Create an account on their website and add your case number. You'll get a notification when something happens.
