Hi please I need help .my wife was working till 31 October 2014 and suddenly she was fired from her job ..so now my question is" is that ll be an issue at my interview ? As we already completed the whole process n I have my interview within 2 weeks ..please anybody help ..ty so much all of u

I had a friend who went through the same thing, her husband didn't mention anything about her losing the job. Since they've already approved your AOS, they do not check into it again. Just to be on the safe side, If you think you can get a joint sponsor then please get it now. Fill out the new AOS form with the joint sponsors information and get the tax transcript, if they ask you at the interview then just present it to them.

I was doing a documentation inventory today and I'm good for everything except the courier instructions/confirmation and the proof of marriage. I know the UK isn't really a place to worry about being denied for lack of a legit marriage, so I'm just going to take some photos of when I visited him in August. There is so much material to go through with my Skype and Whatsapp chats that I just don't have the time or patience to sift through and select things. They should have some chats in my I-130 petition package anyway.. I sent them stuff going back to 2005!

I can't believe how fast time has flown. I remember it being 30 days until the interview and I felt time was going too slow. Now I'm almost halfway through that wait!

I'm sure everyone has a different experience but for what it's worth, we didn't submit any proof of relationship at the USCIS stage aside from our marriage certificate and my wife wasn't asked for any at her interview in London. She brought some photos and tickets and paperwork but they didn't ask her for any of that. We have been together almost 10 years but married for less than 2, so she will be getting a CR-1.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

guys im so exciteddddd and cant wait these 15 days!!!

hey just a quick question btw, i'm gona take our photos album to the interview with all the other documents and stuff.

is it gonna be a problem that the photo album is thick and i was thinking it might nt be possible to pass it to the CO through the window becuase the space is thin. is this gonna be a problem? i m freaking out if i wont be able to pass the photos album to the CO...

then i thought if i wont be able to pass it through the window, then the CO might ask me to show the photos, but i want the CO to see the photos CLOSEEE!!

any ideas??
