I think 40 pages of email is okay , regarding the pictures, yeah it will be nice if you can pick very good and lovely pictures and putting them in an album. During my husband interview in Moscow, we had one wedding album and another album for normal pictures and we had 86 skype pages, 225 call logs, 7 affidavits, 24 pages of email, 30 pages of facebook chat log and the CO doesn't want to check them all, my husband had to tell her she must check them cos it took us alot of time to get all these things done and also spent money to get them all printed out and the CO laughed and said we are sorry about that and she got it and checked everything one after the other, but smiled and said everything is fine. So i would suggest you put those pictures in an album. Dont forget to go along with photocopies of everything you submitted to the NVC.

yea, i have photocopies of all the documents we submitted to the nvc and the i-130 petition too!

Ofcourse since the skype is recent then 11 pages is enough and 30 pages of phone call logs is quite okay too, the CO will just check through within a minute or the CO may not even check them all... take along the photocopies so that you can be sure that you have everything with you incase of anything. but i think you should be fine

Got cc and interview but I also received a checklist to bring a corrected I-864. Got 1040ez and put in AGI in my I-864. I have an issue before about my 2013 tax return filed as SINGLE but I sent a letter of explanation and my amendment is still on the process. I am a regular employee. I have my father as my joint sponsor and I also filled out I-864 for him and it's perfect so I am wondering why mine is incorrect when I'm confident enough that I did it right. I even rechecked my copy here and there's nothing wrong I saw. I went to IRS office yesterday and told me that my amendment tax is still on the process and I can bring the tax transcript where they put a mark indicating that it's still processing. Actually I filed the amendment on July 2014 and until now nothing. Do you think the CO will accept it?
