My interview is Monday too Austin, good luck!! As usualy you level of organization and preparedness is putting me to shame, well done. One question, do we need the DS-260 confirmation sheet? I didn't see it asked for anywhere,although I did print out the entire DS-260... If so, where do we get it, the CEAC site?

For DR yes. That is one very busy embassy doesn;t take long to fill slots. Most embassies are done after the 2nd or 3rd day of scheduling . They started Wednesday the 30th and most were done monday.

I remember when I was going through NVC in 2012 and i was told by them that to get in queue and be considered for that months interview scheduling one needs to be done by the 15th. Now this is when they started scheduling interviews the 2nd week of the month (even though they started the 1st week).

But as I have said they schedule until they either run out of slots or they run out of cases. Usually slots comes first.

I would have no idea. DR is just a busy embassy. Heck last year it was a 2 to 3 month wait after Case Complete. All you can hope for is that they aren't done. Have you been checking your inbox. If nothing this week hopefully you will be at top of list for January.

I apologize for the delay. I have some great news! We received an interview date for December 2nd. We couldn't believe it when we received the email. I sincerely hope that all of us can be with our loved ones before Christmas.

We are taking extras of everything... It might be over kill but I'd rather have them and not need them than need them and not have them.

Do they send appt anytime of the week because it seems to me like they mostly send on Thursdays. I also read that in weekends you can receive emails but Friday they said That I still didn't have a date.

Hmmm its all embassy specific. It's good to have. But if you submitted the Tax transcripts you should be fine.

What we sent looks like this, I'm not sure if that is a a transcript or return? Does it matter which? God. I'm having a mini stroke right now thinking we'll be asked for something we dont have!!!

At the airport now waiting for my connecting flight back home. Husbands visa was approved yesterday. Ceac still says ready, I'm a little concerned, shouldn't it say approved by now?

Hey everybody, today was my interview at the Mumbai Consulate, India and extremely pleased to say that I have been APPROVED!!! Whole interview process was over in one hour. I will post a detailed experience later. It was a tough interview because we had lots of red flags, which meant lots of questions.

Well, your interview was on Friday.

I hear everyone in Montreal gets off work by 3pm on Friday evening.

I assume your CO hit the bar before changing your status.

It should change to "Issued" on Monday! Fingers crossed!

Can anyone tell me the steps the CEAC page will say for the visa...it has gone from ready...took 3 days after interview to change to administrative processing, about 3 hours to go to issued...is this the final step or is there more?

Hi - are you checking the status on ceac.state.gov website? I don't see any place where the time or date is mentioned. Mine has always just said AT NVC. I've attached a screen shot to show what I mean.

did they schedule your interview date yet ? if yes then you shoul call to NVC and ask them where is your file or when they are forwarding it to your embassy ..
