I sat got my number there was a man before me which forgot his Ws so he got this yellow paper and the agent told him this wouldn't delay the process !! (I WAS LIKE ####### THEY HAVE ALL THIS DOCS IN THE NVC PACKAGE WHY WOULD THEY ASK AGAIN FOR IT !! BUT OH WELL THATS HOW THEY WORK)

well they called my number did the finger print thing and the first agent who seems to be the one who gather all the documents just asked me for this: (btw i was nervous thinking he was gonna interview me he was super nice)

1.Original Marriage Certificate

2. Interview Letter.

3. Passport picture (2)

4. the Ws of 2013.

5. The form 1040. (THEY DIDNT ASK ME FOR MY XRAY CD OR ANYTHING ELSE I CARRIED THIS STUPID BIG BAG OF PICTURES AND ALL KIND OF STUFF FOR A WHOLE DAY AND THEY DIDNT ASK ANYTHING ELSE HAHAHAHAHA) so yes take a couple pictures but do not exaggerate like i did my arm is still SORE :dancing:

he then said thanks and told me they were gonna called my name this was at like 140pm my interview was at 2 and they still let me get there early :)

i waited for like 30 40 min then this american agent called my name :D

I did the oh my forgot how to call that (the thing when u rise ur right hand and sh.. ol)

it was funny he interview me in spanish he asked me this

1.Whos askin for my visa?

2. if that was my spouse

3.for how long we been married.

4.where and how did we meet.

5. for how long we been together before we married.

6. his address and where his parents live.

7. what was I doing in USA and what he was doing when we met (job wise)

8.last time i was in USA.

9. where does he works and was his position.

1.Whatever you submitted to NVC will be there for you. Many just have copies just in case.

2. No you don;t need originals. You already submitted everything.. Ling as your checklist doesn't state you need to being anything.

3. You already gave proof to NVC and got case complete. You have a sponsor correct? That's all you need to have done,. All was done at NVC.

Sorry Dhweels, I found it!! lol

Ok, last question, I've seen a lot of people get asked for W2 of sponsors,

do I need to have my sponsor send me these?

So what they say?

I didn't call only NVC pressed 3 and they said that they were done with December that if they have something open they will try to give those appointments. I am scared to call the embassy and piss them off? Do you think that is true, that they are done with December interviews?

Well I called and pressed one he was very nice and he said that December is still open that it was good news but I needed to wait. I said my anniversary was the 13th and I really wanted to be w my husband for the holidays. They don't care but you never know.

Don't call Embassy. Your case will go through NVC. Just be patient if no December the you will definitely get beginning week of January.

I also called... rep said can't predict when the next scheduling will be. Depends on respective embassy capacity. Just waste of time calling and bothering them.

My idea is, better to have and not need them, than need them and not have them.

It's up to you.

Our joint sponsor scanned us copies and emailed them through. So it was pretty hassle free.
