It's old wording. It has not been updated. It used to be two separate documents (the old DS-230 - now the DS-260). They haven't updated the websites, or the official letters. That's something that has made the whole process so hard. Australia's Embassy website is over 3 years old with old processes and old data. In addition, the handbook that NVC uses is also outdated.

Hello dhweels76,

I have a question. I have submitted following to NVC in AOS,

1) Five year tax history

2) 2013 tax return

3) Form 1040A of year 2013

4) W2 form of year 2013

5) Employment letter and 3 pay check.

Somebody from my consulate got 221g for w2 forms as they have not submitted to NVC. Do i need to take year 2012's w2 form and year 2012,2011 tax return to interview? Or these are enough documents for AOS ?

hi everyone, add me also ! husband is Palestinian and will be using the Jerusalem consulate, good luck for my husband on getting a permission to cross from the West bank into Jerusalem, Israelis are giving a really hard time even if you have an appointment

does the priority date make any difference in getting the appointment? because my priority date is 7/26/2012, my case has been going on forever I never thought I would get to this point!!!

I'm gonna call Monday am and see if hubby's interview has been assigned for Jerusalem yet.
