If it makes you feel better, I believe only attractive people get screened at the airport!

I've never been screened since nobody wants to touch me!:lol::lol:

I pretty much have to pay the airport security to screen me.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

I'd touch you at a screening. I don't care arrest me. :secret:

So I had my London embassy interview this morning and I've been approved - yay!

BUT with all the excitement of it all I left with a big grin on my face and went outside to call my hubby. It was only when I was celebratory shopping on Bond St that I realised that I was never given this sealed packet thing that everyone talks about the I'm supposed to hand over at POE?! I was only given a disc with my chest xray on.

What do I do?!

Congrats xxx

Now I am getting paranoid about AP. Does anybody have a good idea on why peoples cases go into AP? In general? Common reasons?

We have all of our paperwork together, we are very well documented, financially secure, etc. and do not have any reason (that I am aware of) that would cause a flag. I hear Bogota is a pretty easy going Embassy.

My apologies if this has been covered already, but does anyone know how long it usually takes NVC to send your package to the consulate after receiving the P4 letter? I was told that the US Consulate in Sydney accepted our expedite case, but it doesn't really seem like anything is moving any faster than normal.

We received the P4 letter on 11/3 and the status in CEAC still shows "at NVC". Thanks in advance for any advice/tips!

I got email at 1 am hubby has Dec 1 interview at ISL update infor please

Dec 1st!? :wow: Congrats! As far as I remember, your PD is July, 2013 so you've been patient! :star:

VISA IN HAND!

Tomorrow will be 14 months to the day that we mailed the I-130 petition.

Congrats! 14 months!? :wow: Well, I just had my 13-month immi-versary! :bonk:

So I had my London embassy interview this morning and I've been approved - yay!

Congrats! Was your PD June, 2013? :huh2: If so, it was time that you got the visa!

I wish we had filed DCF there last year: I had the option to move to the UK a few months before our wedding, but our attorney -- who is a joke and high up on my sh(ee)t list -- told me it was better for me to file directly in the USA.

Your attorney also made a boo-boo and that's why you got a checklist! I hope you got a refund.

In other good news, I just got off the phone and found out the interview date is DECEMBER 2!!! So happy!

Congrats! I'm glad to see you on this thread. :star:

I'd touch you at a screening. I don't care arrest me. :secret:

Actually, I don't have any money to pay you for that since I just paid off my credit card bill.:rofl::rofl:

As far as I know, AP usually applies to male filers from oil rich countries. :dead:
