I received the P4 today. So the case was complete sometimes end of last week.

Do cr1/ir1s also have to fill out the notice of applicant readiness form? Looks like it applies to people who have done the ds260 as well as the ds160.

My wife is the beneficiary actually. The medical exam I believe should be one week before your interview schedule.

I was wondering if you know when you get approve, do you get your passport with the visa the same day, or you have to come back another day for it?

Hi d wheels and EOC4EVER, how can I get the address of the clinic where I am to do my medicals in lagos.it was not stated on the p4 letter. Interview date is Dec 11th, and how soon can the medical be done before interview. Thanks so much for your help so far

Won't do any good because they don't know who you are . But heck send off an email to them. Maybe by the time they read they may have something. I would get the medical done asap and that will be more ammo for you to say we have compketed medical and would like an earlier date blah blah.

I have my medical scheduled for November 12th, earliest date I could get they don't send them directly to embassy so I can pick up my results 5-7 days later.

Go to the portal for Nigeria and click on Consulate info. Its all there plus prices.

You mustn't buy the ticket until you have your passport back from the embassy. That is what they they told us and yeah they are right cos i have read more than twice some couples who bought their ticket and unfortunately were put in AP and spent more than 2 months there... so wait till your get your visa

No. The K1's do it because they need to let the embassy know when they are ready . Many of the embassies handle K1'a different some send in their forms and such and the embassy then allows scheduling of interview some bring everything to embassy and need to let embassy know they are ready. IR1/CR1 do not need to. You are ready when NVC schedules you. The embassy is assuming you will get medical and be ready at the appointed time since that's all you have to do is a medical.

It's way to early for send off. I am sure they are still scheduling. They don;t send off each petition by themselves. Give it a week or two. I would say friday call NVC to ask. Or just keep watching the ceac tracker.

This applies to those who filed the extension. If they did the tax forms/transcripts are due at interview. That's all this is about.
