Just received the courier email. Passport with visa and packet are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

After 14 months, my husband was finally granted his visa!

guys im so exciteddddd and cant wait these 15 days!!!

hey just a quick question btw, i'm gona take our photos album to the interview with all the other documents and stuff.

is it gonna be a problem that the photo album is thick and i was thinking it might nt be possible to pass it to the CO through the window becuase the space is thin. is this gonna be a problem? i m freaking out if i wont be able to pass the photos album to the CO...

then i thought if i wont be able to pass it through the window, then the CO might ask me to show the photos, but i want the CO to see the photos CLOSEEE!!

any ideas??

Our album is rather thick too... but we're thinking if it is too big, to open the album and slide it through that way (makes it half as thick).

You have to realize this is the interview. No time to submit new evidence. Bring what you have if they ask you have. But no need to be printing off mountains of paper they do not have time to go through all that. They have already poured through the evidence you submitted.

Are you saying you submitted nothing? You have 5 to 20 minutes at interview. So just go with what you have. And hold on.

I like what you say. :thumbs: However, our take is that if you go with a mountain of evidence to the interview, even if they don't look through it, the sheer quantity will say something positive for the case.

We did send photos along with our prior paperwork, but we are taking a lot of other evidence to the actual interview.

Stacking this mountain up... :yes: !!!

My husband said it was a piece of cake. But get there way before 8 so you'll be one of the first ones interviewed. Also the petitioner can't even go in the embassy. Like not even to pee lol
