Question for VJs with spouse in/from Vietnam

Hi guys,

So I am filling out the DS-260 and on "Personal 2" travel document, I input my wife's passport information but in the box that ask for the DOCUMENT ID i am not sure which ID to use as I see two sets of number on her passport copy,.

one is called so ho chieu/passport N* and the other one is called so GCMND/ID card N*

UCSIS:

PD: April 1st 2014

NOA1: 4-10-14

NOA2: 9-11-14

NVC:

CASE # ASSIGNED: 10-08-14

AOS & IV FEES: PAID 10-24-14

DS-260: COMPLETED 10-31-14

AOS & IV PACKAGE: SENT 11-03-14

SCAN DATE: 11-10-14

CASE COMPLETE: 12-29-14

MEDICAL: N/A

INTERVIEW DATE: N/A

passport number should be the passport's document ID number.
