additional name in alias what to do

I checked my immigrant data summary sheet yesterday as some one told me to check if there is any mistake i receive this package one week before but i had no idea to check it that sheet , now i check and found only one thing that in alias name there are two name written one is correct but other is additional. What should i do now and i have to catch flight on next saturday ,unfortunately embassy of islamabad will close on monday and tuesday due to religious holiday in pakistan. Now what should i do ? please help its urgent.

I'm not sure if that will pose a problem. The important thing would be that they have all of your info correct, like your name, dob, etc. You could try calling the embassy and ask if this will be a problem or hopefully someone can chime in and tell if you if it is. If your info on the visa and other things is correct, I don't think this may be an issue.

My all oter information is 100 % correct, only this is the problem did they also add the name from my previous marriage?

So you're saying that you were married previously and they didn't include your previous married name? Like I said, I really doubt this would be an issue. If your name is correct on the visa, and all other info is correct, I seriously doubt they will question your previous married name. If you included this info on the DS260, and the other forms you filed, then it would be there for them to see.
