When I get angry, I like to find a leprechan and fart on him. It's completely ridiculous and unexpected.....and while it may ruin the leprechan's day, it sure brings a smile to my face.

Well I used to break glass. That actually works really well to relieve tension, however then there is the mess to clean and the glass to replace etc ... I do have a wav file of breaking glass that I play from time to time. Now I sometimes roller blade (weather permitting) or play on a MUD.

Sport is my best antidote. Jogging, swimming, riding a bike, lifting weight, any exerce is good. It's just a way for me to release the pressure. When I'm sweating, I forget all about it. At least temporarily!

if am angry...am really angry...thats the reason why i dont want to get angry...

1. sometimes i approach people who made me angry and tell them how i feel but i dont argue, the important thing for me is to just tell them that i am hurt

2. sometimes i am too talkative when i am angry

3. i always cry like a baby when i am angry

3. my hands are shaking when i am angry.....

4. i just stay in my room if i am angry

5.. hehehehe i turn off my mobile phone when i am angry with my husband....then after an hour i will turn it on again and say am sorry.....hehehe

To calm me down...

1. I play piano

4. watch tv

5. talk to my mom and tell her why i am so upset.....
