Exactly.....I saw that info too about the fee but since they emailed me the wrong info and I paid it online they gonna accept it. Got confirmation of payment so I'm not paying again.

Shows any marriages the beneficiary had. If there any listed then they would need to present a divorce/ annulment documents. I think it's something specific to Jamaica and or maybe the Caribbean.

Curious.....how long after emailing embassy d-160 and passport pg did u getrepky with interview date? And can this be used for medical exam?

Yes that would be good to know. The embassy received our file on 10-27-14. I have also emailed them. Still haven't heard or received anything. Will go ahead and complete DS160 this week
