We should be treated fairly under the law and USCs are not if illegals are able to come to the U.S. and get a green card, illegally, before our loved ones are able to. We were also told we would receive priority in the process for our loved ones, again something we have not received.

I agree 100%, but I'm curious, as we disagree on pretty much every other topic that's arisen. Why do you think O'bama has put these initiatives forward? Altruism? Compassion? Padding the Democrat base? Wreaking havoc on the US out of pique? I'm truly curious to hear why you think this is happening.

Almost every politician has a greedy, selfish reason behind everything he/she does. As well as the U.S. for that matter. We only intervene in things that are beneficial for us. I am not sure what the motivation is and I truly don't care. I care about where I stand in the process. Strengthening the democratic fan base does appear to be a motivational piece, but it may also be a drive to annex Mexico. Once most of the citizens of Mexico are in the U.S. and the drug cartel and the Mexican government tear each other apart what will be left? This nice chunk of land with the U.S.'s name written all over it.

Surely that's not true. It's only normal to wonder "Why is this happening?", especially in a seemingly nonsensical situation like the preznit brazenly throwing open our borders (but making us wait for our loved ones!).

Even though O'bama didn't get to spend a whole lot of time with his father, I think he took a lot of his philosophy on board: anti-colonialist, anti-Western hatred, mixed with socialist "eat the rich" rhetoric. Sr. was noted for saying " “theoretically there is nothing that can stop the government from taxing 100% of income so long as the people get benefits from the government commensurate with their income which is taxed.” (more of the like at the link).

I think O'bama feels the US has had its best days and now it's time to wring it dry for the benefit of the 'oppressed'. Too bad for them that's got; you all had this coming.

Politicians are greedy. He really think the Republicans are better. If they were they would put a stop to this illegal flow instead of pretending they are against it. They both are benefiting from it.
