No disrespect intended, but I had a tough time reading your post and making sense of precisely what has happened. For me, this is another reason for you to get a lawyer, because I don't think you can clearly explain your case in English. That doesn't mean you're not smart or a bad person, but you need help articulating this, and hopefully getting it resolved.

my wife had her tubes tied and therefore it will cost a lot of money to untie them so we could have children. and we are both college students and can't afford it. we would love to start a family. lol

Hahaha! I'm sorry, but that's so funny.

But is one kid enough to satisfy USCIS? You better have twins just to be certain.

I don't think you are being disrespectfull by pointing out the issue. I agree with you, sometimes when I am stressed out I suck at explaining my self, especially in situations like this. However, I do promise you that my english is not the concern when I'm dealing with USCIS. I am positive that they perfectly understand my answers because I sound american when I speak and when I write a formal explanation of anything professional I make sure my words are well understood. I will take your advice and carefully read my posts next time to prevent any further confusion.

Thank you for replying to my posts and i appreciate you taking the time to read my sloppy essay. lol

Keep it short and sweet, have a clear chronology. Writing like that doesn't come naturally to a lot of people (myself included) but it sure is easier to digest a complicated timeline when it isn't written like an essay. It's a skill which (hopefully) a good lawyer should possess.

find a lawyer ASAP, lawyers can get access to your file somehow and find out exactly what is the problem,

without knowing what's in your file i doubt you can do anything.

Sure you didn't piss someone off you or your wife and they reported your marriage as fraud or business marraige " just to get Green card or Citizenship".

There is always a solution but first you need to find out where is the problem then it's easier to take care of things.

good luck.

Hi Aminorsiko,

I am sorry you had to go through all data, i remember, when i was trying to remove condition from 2 ysr to 10 yrs they gave me hard time, first is because when i moved my wife had everything on her name, power bills, water, internet..... i had nothing and we weren't prepared or even thought about, so when we filed, i received a denial letter and stated that our marriage was not in good faith, knowing that i came to Us through K1 and was denied two times, anyway fortunately for us i bought a house and i added her to the mortgage right after the we filed, and also bought her a car for her birth day which was witnessed by 1000 people, and also we did a lot of charity work me and her. and we were listed in two magazine her and me and they were talking about our relationship, also i have a life insurance. so when we receive the blue letter from USCIS i straightaway sent mortgage papers, all cards i received and magazine and also life insurance, and within 10 days i received green card in mail, and later on, i file fir N-400 and it took less 10 minutes to be approved, the office said that we were well organized and we had plenty for evidence.

Good luck

You know my situation was not as complex as yours, Without going into specific, I was never denied nor was I married at the time..however my best advice is to write your congressman like it was mentioned before. I did write my congressman and everything worked out.. Good luck to you..

Obviously this is a VERY unusual case. I have the following questions for you:

1. Did you hire a lawyer when you applied for I 130, I 751 and N400?

2. Did you get something that stated that you need to go to court because of possible green revocation or initiation of removal proceedings?

In this case please hire a lawyer before you take any step and I mean any step because this is a very critical case.

Thanks

I will give you my advice which I hope you take it. Find a a good immigration lawyer and take him with you to the hearing. when you saw uscis played dirty with you, I think you should from the beginning tried to get a legal help.

if you filed a law suit under section 1447(b), when you uscis failed to make a decition after 180 days, the uscis would lost jursidction over your case. This ruling is active in the states that belongs to either 2,9, 4 th circuit courts ,since you are living in OR, you are under the jurisdiction of the 9th circuit court.[ too late for this]

That's why I would go and find a good lawyer and hire him to make sure you don't do any further damages to your case because you acted with good intentions , but sometimes you may face a bad officer who would do his/her best just to deny you even if there is no legal ground for that.

Congressman can't do anything at this stage since the case is denied.

1- Take an immigration lawyer with and hopefully they will reverse their decision.

2- if they didn't reverse the decision, you can seek the court review which they will examine your case and they can approve it then.
