my window was open on 15 december and i send my file on december 16 but we signed the I-751 on december-3 and prepared everything on december 3rd and send it on december 16 . is it ok ? or do we have to sign the I-751 when our window open ??

as long as you mailed it after your window opened. i dont' think it matters when you signed the I751

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

Day 2/12 - interview done - approved on spot!

California seems to be getting through theirs faster but we can't choose where to send. It is based on which state you live in. So we're stuck with what we've got.

I am almost done with check list. Still, few questions...

1) Do I need to provide passport size pictures? I did not see that information on i-751

2) In the documents, where do I put change of address documents?

3) Do I staple/u-pin each set of documents? or should I keep everything unattached, and finally attach paper clips to hold all documents together?

Hi got NOA today with one year extension.

i only got one page NOA and extension letter, is this normal?

and please can someone update the timeline and add NOA the date of receipt is December 17,2014
