Hi guys I want to share my experience I sent my package dec 4, they received dec 5, couple of days later like 5 to be exact I received my NOA1 at the end I was so frustrate and desperate because I sent really late literally, so close to my expiration date, but well after all they received on time and I have the extension now.. Good luck everybody.

Hi VJs, My filling window was last week (12/10) but I decided to send just next month when we came back from Brazil (we will spent the New Year's with my family and My wife will do a study abroad for 2 weeks as well). But I want to have all the paper already to send when we get back, so I am planning to send all those documents:

*Car insurance

*Health and Dental Insurance (I am her dependent and we have the same since when she started working back to 2011)

*Joint Tax Return since 2011

*Copy of the green card
both sides

*Contract of our wedding (we spent a serious money) and pictures

*Joint credit cards

*Joint Checking account (the only concern that we are afraid is that we jointed just this year (sep/2014)

*2 cars that we bought together in 2011 and still own

*Our old renting contract that we rented for 2 Years before we bought our house

*Contract of the house that we bought last year

*My manager, 2 her co-workers (friends), my father and sister-in-law Sworn letters

*Ours drive licenses with the old and New Address / utility bills with her and my names

*We do have a lot of pictures in Brazil and Here (USA), But we will send pictures of my family here in USA for the wedding and family visit; and when her family and us visit my family in Brazil as well

*Her old passport that show all the times (about 5 or 6 times last 4years) that she visited me in Brazil (when I was waiting for K1 visa) and when we spent vacation together as well. New passport and new brazilian visa with her new last name (My Name).

Thanks everyone for supporting and providing knowledge when needed.

I am almost done with check list. Still, few questions...

1) Do I need to provide passport size pictures? I did not see that information on i-751

2) In the documents, where do I put change of address documents?

3) Do I staple/u-pin each set of documents? or should I keep everything unattached, and finally attach paper clips to hold all documents together?

my window was open on 15 december and i send my file on december 16 but we signed the I-751 on december-3 and prepared everything on december 3rd and send it on december 16 . is it ok ? or do we have to sign the I-751 when our window open ??
