I sent off my ROC on the 5th of December to Vemont and it was received the next day and signed for, however I have 2 questions



1) Today is the 15th of December, 9 days after i sent the ROC and my check hasn't been cashed nor have i received NOA.1 Question, is this normal?



2) When i was sending out my ROC, i sent off a Declaration to support my application for removal of condition. However, when i closely examined a copy of the declaration sent, i realized i had sent a draft, instead of the originals.



The originals were properly referenced. an i resend the original and ask them to ignore the draft copy or should i just wait till i get my NOA1?

You can travel as soon as you receive your extension letter along with your expired card, you can also go to the local office and get your passport stamped.

I am hoping to do my bio before my travel date which is around 1/20ish/2015. I've heard people saying you can do an early bio, is anybody here familiar with early bio and the process? Or can anybody redirect me to other post for reference? Im hoping to book the ticket soon but at the same time I dont want to miss my bio appointment while away from the country.

Well of course you can reschedule your biometrics appointment. Fallow the instruction in the notice you have.

I sent two checks with my ROC application. $505 for I-751 fee and $85 for biometrics fee. It seems most people send 1 check for the total of $590. Should I be expecting my package returned to me? Or is two separate checks also acceptable?

you are ok with two cheks as well .. coz as long as they got the proper fee we are good then ,

Hello! First time on these forums, just applied to remove conditions. This forum has been immensely helpful during the process.

Did not know that we were supposed to send tax transcripts - are copies of the tax returns ok? Already sent in a 2.5-3 inch packet of paper. I received my NOA super super fast from the California Service Center. I sent two checks and both were cashed no problem.

Me and my spouse went to my country for 4 months for the treatment of my spouse then we are back after 4 months and my CR 1 is expiration is on MAY 3rd 2015.


So I am planning to submit my ROC last-week of January 2014. what is correct time and Do i need to explain them that why i went to my country for 4 months duration.



Any Suggestions Please


Eg:- Itineraries , Boarding passes and doctor report from my country

Do I select JOINT in PART 2 of I-751 Form?
Also, do I put two checks for 505 and 85? or 1 check for 590?
