Eligible for ROC December 21st 2014

Day 001 12/22/2014 ROC package sent to CSC

Day 154 05/24/2015 Greencard arrived with SOMEONE ELSE'S PICTURE AND SIGNATURE

Day 409 02/04/2016 New card production

Eligible for citizenship January 5th 2016- 3 year rule

Day 1 01/04/2016 N-400 Mailed to Phoenix

Day 9 01/13/2016 check cashed/ case accepted

Day22 01/25/2016 Biometric letter for 02/03 ( early bio 01/28)

Day 196 Interview Letter received 07/18/2016

I sent off my ROC on the 5th of December and it was received the next day and signed for. I have 2 questions

1) Today is the 15th of December, 9 days after i sent the ROC and my check hasnt been cashed nor have i received NOA. Question, is this normal?

2) When i was sending out my ROC, i sent off a Declaration to support my application for removal of condition. However, when i closely examined a copy of the declaration sent, i realised i had sent a draft, instead of the originals. The originals were properly referenced.

You can travel as soon as you receive your extension letter along with your expired card, you can also go to the local office and get your passport stamped.

Hi everyone, I am new to this website and forum and wish I found this place earlier. I have a few questions regarding ROC and was wondering if any of you experts can help me out here. Thanks everyone in advance for any help :)

My green card expires on 01/15/2015. I sent out my package on 12/13/14. VSC received and signed my package on 12/15/2014. I am planning on traveling back to my country for Chinese New Year around end of Jan of 2015. Is it too risky to book my tickets now since I just sent out my package? I was wondering when do people with VSC usually get their bio appointment? Is it true that you can travel internationally after the fingerprint??

Give them couple of days I'm sure you'll get the notice soon, I see that we sent the package the same day, I received my notice which is the extension letter around 5 days after and I'm waiting for my biometrics appointment.

The originals were properly referenced. an i resend the original and ask them to ignore the draft copy or should i just wait till i get my NOA1?
