Kind of relieved but saddened to see that everyone in Vermont is in the same situation as me. Sent it off in November, they say they received Dec 2nd. Had my biometrics first week of January and not heard anything back since so was feeling pretty concerned.

Is it normal for you to not be able to track the receipt number? Whenever I've put it in it just says the below.

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
  • My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

You can start filing for citizenship beginning 90 days prior to the 3 year anniversary since you became a permanent resident. The date is on your GC. If it's February, she can start filing some time in November!

What happens if you hit the 90 days before you receive your 10 year GC? My 90 days is in September but I'm still waiting on my GC approval.

Try a different number. The one that you have on your biometrics appointment notice.

If you hit 90 days then you can proceed to file your N400 app in-fact that forces them to approve your pending ROC before they can process your N-400!

90 days before 3 years anniversary of 1st GC with condition? Yes

or 90 days before 3 years anniversary of GC without condition?
