Regarding the approval letter, mine too was sent by our local USCIS office and not by VSC.

Good luck Everyone!

As mentioned previously I received my approval letter a few weeks ago for an approval on July 23rd however I still haven't received my GC.

How long does it take to receive the card?

Thanks for your help.

No approval yet. They actually misspelled my last name on the first extension they sent me and I received the corrected one in April. Do you think that may affect the processing time? My case status still says: Case Received on December 15th 2014.

The whole approval thing got stagnated. Since mid last week there seems to be no new approval for both Nov and Dec filers. Anyway I put in a service request late last week. Haven't heard back. Anybody with service request experience? Share your feedback. Thanks all.

20 Feb '15 - Biometrics appointment #2 received (scheduled for March 9th) - Different case number plus the one from the first letter... Very confusing!
05 Mar '15 - Biometrics appointment in NOLA. They asked me for the second letter with both case numbers. Very complicated explanation!

Hi everyone! Haven't really talk much since biometric was done and just when I thought this waiting game is taking forever.... I went on USCIS to check my status and guess what!!! It says on 8/14 my new card is being produced!! Thats gotta be the best news of the year. Does that mean my waiting game is finally over?? So hard to believe and really wish everyone will hear good news very soon from VSC! Can someone update the chart for me?
