Heard from divorce attorney today that my official divorce date will likely be 7/23. Have until 8/19 to respond to RFE. Looks like I'll be "converted" to waiver filing.

I wonder if we should discard the expired conditional green card or keep it (after we received the new one of course) ?

Definitely keep it. I won't throw it away as they might as for it at some point and even if they don't it doesn't take that much space to keep it around with all the paperwork.

I submitted a service request three weeks ago. They told me that I will receive a letter about my service request by July 2nd. I have not received it. Today I called again, they connected me to an immigration service officers. She got angry, because I submitted service request. She told me there is no processing time for removal of conditions, none. And I should just wait. She told me that two weeks before the expiration of your extension letter, go get an info pass and get another extension, but service request won't do a thing. So I don't know. I guess I have to be waiting no matter how long it takes.

It depends from the tier person you got, but CSC is moving very fast, so within a month I am sure you will hear something. They don't tend to slow down cases as VSC does. Let's just say that I am a Nov filer and I am sure you will get processed before the Nov VSC timeline is at 50%, that should make you feel better:)

Good luck hopefully you hear something back within even 2 weeks:)

Thanks a lot. I am not that worried. The only thing I am worried about is that what if they have sent a letter and it is lost (something that is not that uncommon). That's why I called them. I am looking at threads and I have realized that everybody that applied to CSC around my time has gotten a letter from USCIS, except me. So that's what makes me a little worried

Hi guys, does anybody know if the address change delays i-751? I filed it in December, got my notice with a receipt number on Dec 22. After we moved in March, and I change address online.. After that I was unable to track my case status online for couple months..... And just recently i can track it again, and it shows they received my case on March 17!!! (the day when we actually changed the address)..!!!! So, does it mean I am 3 more month behind...?

Hmm address change in no way should affect your wait time, but you filed in VSC, which probably means they took the opportunity and moved you back to March, that won't surprise me at all. I think you should call USCIS and ask what the person on the other side sees, because most definitely you should still be a Dec filer. On your case status, does it say anything about biometrics?

Nothing about biometrics... I did them at the beginning of March, before the address was changed... This update appeared just couple weeks ago and it confuses me a lot!

I will definitely call them and ask what in the world is going on???

Keep calling until you actually get a tiier1 that knows what they are talking about, if you want you can even schedule an infopass appt at your local office, this way you talk in person and you get an answer rather than a suggestion.

Address change won't affect on your status, but when you changed your address online, you should fill out another form to change your spouse's address as well, this one has to be mailed.

I changed my address online and had my hubby filled out another form, address change of sponsor, and mailed it 4 days after I changed mine online. The whole thing was done about 10 days before I got my 10 yrs green card.
