On May 19, 2015, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by June 18, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I just got this message, I was hoping to get the tracking number. Are people getting similar message without the tracking number? Thank you and appreciate the response.

The next update will include a tracking number shortly after USPS picks up mail containing your card!

Day 11/20 Received Text with receipt numbers

Day 11/21 Checks cashed

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

Day 2/12 - interview done - approved on spot!

got it !! i used the second one and it worked...ehhh still not progress for EAC . its been 6 months !! and now all Cali folks are moving but non on our end, so frustrating. I guess we gotta be patient a little more.

Yep, you get one case number with the NOA1, then a second one with your biometrics appointment letter. Only that second case number will work on the case status website.

Day 409 02/04/2016 New card production

Eligible for citizenship January 5th 2016- 3 year rule

Day 9 01/13/2016 check cashed/ case accepted

Day22 01/25/2016 Biometric letter for 02/03 ( early bio 01/28)

Day 196 Interview Letter received 07/18/2016

Day 224 Interview 08/15/2016 + same day oath+ same day passport application.

The VSC lag is about to create a chain reaction of frustration for me. I am changing my address at the end of next month and I sort of expect complications to arise. It seems that those who move with a pending application tend to run into issues receiving their documents in the mail even when their addresses were changed with USCIS. ARGH!!!

Don't worry about the address change. We changed our address less than two weeks ago, and last week I received the application approval - and this week they sent out the card.

During this time, they had also sent an approval letter to the new address. I was expecting the worst, but was positively surprised by USCIS' prompt change of our address.

Hi All,

I am new here. But I have been following the forum for a few months now.

Could you add me to the timeline please.

I have mailed the i 751 package to VSC on December 23rd, 2014

The NOA1 date is December 30th, 2014

Biometrics appointment was on March 9th, 2015

So now just patiently waiting...

Due to promotion at work, now I have to travel to UK every 2 months. I just came back from Europe and one thing i can say for sure - I did have small issues with expired green card and extension letter. Not in US but in Switzerland and Serbia while boarding on the plane to US. it took them awhile to check everything. No problem at the airport though - the officer just asked me when i expect to get a 10 year green card.

Got my green card yesterday in the mail. I never got the text/email confirmation that my green card has been shipped with the tracking number!!

Good luck to everyone and see you in a year for naturalization process...

Dec 27 NOA1 received- Dated 12/23/2014

April 2- Biometrics completed

August 24- Update from USICS "My card is being produced"

September 3- Green Card in Hand!

Nov 5- Medical evaluation with Civil Surgeon. TB skin test & Blood test administered
Nov 7- Medically cleared. I 693 form sign and sealed
Day 0 Nov 9- AOS Package delivered to Chicago. Signed by S. Bush at 10:26 C.T
Day 5 Nov 14- Email/ text notifications received at 21:17 C.T (Official receipt notice Form I 797 to follow in mail)
Day 7 Nov 16- Checks cleared
Day10 Nov 19- I- 797C (for I 130, I 485, I 131 & I 765) Received in hard copy mail
Day 17 Nov 26- I- 797C (for Biometrics appointment) Received in hard copy mail
Day 19 Nov 28- Walk-in Biometrics attempt: Successful. Lubbock, TX ASC. 1000-1013
