If you don't receive NOA1 make sure you don't travel outside with an expired greencard, you won't be able to come back.

(You can make a infopass appt and go to USCIS to get I-551 extension stamp in your passport if you need to travel outside US)

Hopefully NOA1 is just lost somewhere and will make it's way to you soon.

Thank you. We won't be traveling and it's not a big a deal for us right now. If it doesn't come we won't be stressing :)

Does anyone know how long until the case # updates on the uscis.gov website? I just tried to log in and add it to my list of cases and it tells me that it doesn't exist... Seems that there is a bit of lag time going on.

Documents sent : 29th Dec 2014

Documents received by USCIS: 31st Dec 2014

I 751 Receipt Notice sent by USCIS: 31st Dec 2014

Mail received by USCIS with 1 year extension: 4th Jan 2015.

Can someone please add this to the timeline.

What would be some of the reason that you don't get your biometric letter?? Maybe they use the old finger print or they are debating if I need to provide more proof to my case? Im so nervous because I am traveling out the country on Jan 17th :/ Any ideas?? Really hope I get it in mail this week!!!

after NO1 - when should i expect bio metrics to be received? just curious.

Day 11/14 Mailed AOS Package

Day 11/16 AOS Package Accepted

Day 11/20 Received Text with receipt numbers

Day 11/21 Checks cashed

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

Day 2/12 - interview done - approved on spot!

What is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter (not letter received date)? You need that date for the list ;)
