Got my NOA / biometrics appointment in the mail today. It was dated 12/26.

We became a couple : 2011-05-29
I visited him : 2011-10-28 - 2011-11-17
He visited me (and my crazy family) : 2012-02-05 - 2012-02-17
I-129F Sent : 2012-02-05
I-129F NOA1 : 2012-02-14
I entered on VWP to stay 3 months: 2012-04-11 - 2012-07-03

Went to get my medical done for interview in Australia (much cheaper in the US and I was already here):2012-05-20

I only received one letter, the biometrics. I guess the other is on its way?

So if you received you biometric letter, it should say on it on what date your biometric appt is.

Are you sure it is not NOA1 you received ? ( this one should not have a biometric schedule date on, mine says I-797 Notice of Action on the top right corner)

This is the paper we need to re-enter US after the greecard expires

You should be able to check your case status on the USCIS website using the case# on the Biometric notice that you will receive in the next few weeks! Good luck.

That's all I've received, the biometrics appointment.

If you don't receive NOA1 make sure you don't travel outside with an expired greencard, you won't be able to come back.

(You can make a infopass appt and go to USCIS to get I-551 extension stamp in your passport if you need to travel outside US)

Hopefully NOA1 is just lost somewhere and will make it's way to you soon.
