We are still waiting....had interview 4 months ago....120 days and no decision yet. having life on stand by is so amazing right?

Wow that is quite some time, have you tried submitting a request? I know you had an interview, but 120 days is more than enough time for them if you ask me. I don't know if that will make you feel any better, but I am a Nov filer and still haven't even heard a single thing:)

well they have 120 days by law (90 work days) which is today. if they dont respnd in next few days my lawyer will request info pass

i just scheduled an infopass appointment at the end of july because i need to travel abroad for work in September and I am not sure I can travel just with the Notice of action and my expired greencard. there are different responses on the subject. some people say you need a stamp others say the documents are enough but that some airlines don't let you board with an expired greencard.

My advise is if you can do not travel. It could be smooth just with that letter but also you could have problems with letter and stamp. Depends on the person you have to deal with.

Although, God forbid, if your case is denied while you are aboard you wont be able to come back.

Just talked to an immigration officer (Tier 1) over phone and asked about the status of my service request (or e-request). (My case was three inches thick, 300 pages of documents and except baby, almost everything else was provided). What does it mean guys? I just googled and found some people who have been waiting for years for their security check to be processed. If it takes longer, can I apply for N400? I will be eligible early December. Any advice?

You can apply for N400 without a problem, also have in mind VSC Sept, Oct and Nov filers are still waiting and they haven't even touched a single person from Dec, so the fact you are a Dec filer means that you will be getting approved pretty soon. We sen our paperwork in Oct, which is two months before you and we still haven't heard a single word. I hope that calms you down and give you hope, but I am sure you will be getting your approval way before me, since CSC is actually processing stuff compared to VSC, which seems to be stuck in time for about 4 months now.

So, just hang in there I am sure you will hear something soon:)

Hello,

i would like to update my case to Approved, i had mail couple of months ago says that i need to submit more evidents, so i started collecting allot of things and adding new stuff with both our names, lastnight i got a text msg from the automated USCIS tool and says case updated, i checked the status and it said, New Card is being Produced, that means my card is on the way.

Thanks for your support and help!, cya in 6 months.
