Hello Guys,

I need some help/advice from you.

1. Age gap

I had my interview last october 23, 2014. And the consul asked me our age gap, and I mistakenly answered 38 instead of 33. I'm 28 and my bf is 61. Is my answer can affect the approval of my visa, is this one of the reason the visa will be denied?

2. Administrative processing

After my interview, in the releasing window the staff said my documents have some problem. And its in administrative processing, and he added I'll just call the us embassy to follow up my status. So last monday I called the us embassy, and then the guy answered me he said its still in AP, and better I always check my status in CEAC site. And then when i got home I checked my status online in Ceac. And its still admin. And i read in there, my case creation date is july 10, 2014, and status updated is october 27, 2014. And i just want to know what is case creation date by the way?Because in my mind case creation is a date when my status is in AP, so that supposed to be October 23, 2014 after my interview?

3. Proof of on going relationship

When my fiance sent the petition to USCIS one of the proof he sent is the western union receipt. Is it okay to send those proofs or not?It can be affect the approval of the visa?

Thank you and more power. Godbless. Hope you enlighten me..

  • Age gap does not matter. Someone here had age gap 38 years and got approval. The problem could be your answer because you mistakenly mentioned about the age gap.
  • Creation date of yours could be has a meaning that you will get approved very soon. It was happened to one of my friends here when the creation date was changed and a few days later she got approval. She was in AP for more than a month, I believe.
  • No, the proof that he sent won't affected the visa approval.

Out of my curiosity: How long both of you have been in relationship before he filed petition for you?

.Okay thanks. So its possible my visa will be denied because i answered mistakenly about our age gap.

.Im just really confused why my case creation is july 10, 2014 and my interview was last october 23..

. Okay thanks i thought the western union receipt can affect the denial of my visa.

After 5 months of our relationship , my fiance filed the petition.
