Hi everyone. Our petition got approved on sept 19th and hard copy was received a few days later. We still haven't heard anything off the NVC/Embassy and I was just wondering has anyone else been left this long? My fiancé called NVC last week and they said they hadn't received our paper work yet and that it can take up to 35 days even though the hard copy NOA2 says to wait just 30 days before contacting the NVC if you don't hear anything. I'm thankful for the approval, just feeling anxious about not getting packet 3 when some others wait 2/3 weeks. Any words of encouragement appreciated :)

I was advised by NVC today to call USCIS and ask to speak to a Tier 2 officer. Then you ask to confirm that your case has left USCIS for NVC.

Please note: only the petitioner can make the call to USCIS. They will not release information to the beneficiary.

Here's the thread I started about it: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/521619-have-any-k-1-experts-seen-this-before/
