I have completed the I-864 stuff and have submitted the DS-260. Shouold I go ahead and get the police cert, more passport pfotos and another certified copy of my daughter and son-in-law's marriage certificate and send it blindly to NVC?

Or will NVC send me something telling me exactly what to get and where to mail it? Previous steps have been fairly clear. However on this one I am unsure what to do!

Thanks

Have you read the instructions for the docs that need to be sent as part of the IV package? Here is a link:

Thanks. I did. I sent MOST of this stuff with my I-130. Do I need to get new originals and send it all in again, or can I just send in the things I am missing (which is really only the police certificate.)

If I were you, I would send in everything they ask for in this link. You don't want to get checklisted for it later and have to wait up to 60 days for processing. :)

You weren't supposed to send any originals with the I-130, only photocopies. Now you will have to spend money getting originals again, because you will need them for the NVC. I'm not sure if they will let you slide because you submitted them with the I-130 though. You need to get everything in the list that applies to your case and any embassy specific documents.
