Hi, my wife just had her interview and was approved alas we are near the end of a 1.5 year visa journey from hell.

However there is still a final confusion on how to get the passport back, the girl at the embassy told her to register with CGI stanley. I was able to fill out everything including the drop off bank location in shanghai, but at step 8 it asks for the case number to schedule interview date (even though we already had the interview with a date scheduled by NVC). When i typed in the case number it says case not found and won't let me continue.

So i am stuck at step 8 and can't submit, does anyone have any idea how to proceed? Or is every step saved individually and they already have the drop off location as soon as you goto the next step?

thank you again!

It could be different for your spouse visa processing, but when we filled out the DS-160 online for the K1 visa processing,

I seem to recall that we had to select the passport delivery location, which could be one of the listed sites or beneficiary's home address.

I don't recall us having to go back and re-register this information after the interview.
