Hello,

Couple of issues I am confused about before we get our ROC package started.

1. We had a change of address and I changed it online. Does my husband ( American citizen) need to inform USCIS about his change of address? Is the I -865 form what he needs to send?

2. First year and a half of our marriage we lived in my mother in law house so no bills to our name until recently.

She will give us an affidavit stating we lived in her house. Does it need to be notarized

Finally, can someone please give me the link to the ROC requirements.

1-Yes. He needs to send this form I -865

2- let your mother write an affidavit that you guys were living at her house with the dates - it's better if it's notarized

Thank you DC 85 Will the affidavit be accepted if not notarized? My mother in law is in a retirement home. I would have to take a notary to her.

if I were you I would notarize it. you and your husband have been living for 1.5 years with your mother in law, and living together is one of the main things that uscis will be looking at when they adjudicate your case, so I would make it as strong as possible.
