Ok so I got an RFE today in the mail.

I sent copies of passport as well as airline tickets and mine and fiances pictures together.

They are asking for those same information again as primary. Passport, tickets

Intent to marry I have which I didnt send over. I didnt know about VJ at that time. But my fiance sent me the letter on 8.27.2014 and it came with a package. They want that certified so i just took it to a translating service itll be done tomorrow.

Now here is a trick. A year ago i wanted to bring someone here and I applied for k1 visa. Now they want a waiver. Whats a waiver? What form is that? Is that just a statement why I didnt bring them or is there a certain form?

Called embassy and the lady almost costed me 58o something dollars. She wanted me to do a form I601. I read it and told her thats not a correct form she was like sorry mam just write a letter.

and this was apperently one of the officers.

please help guys. Thank you.

2. What Filing Limitations Does IMBRA Place on K-1 Nonimmigrant Petitioners?

You must apply for a filing limitations waiver if any of the following apply:

a. You have previously filed K-1 petitions for two or more beneficiaries; or
b. You previously had a K-1 petition approved and less than 2 years have passed since the filing date of such previously
approved petition.

To request a waiver, submit a written request with this petition accompanied by documentation supporting your claim
to the waiver.
