I'm not sure if this would help but I found these emails online and they're for Donal Neufeld - Associate Director, Service Center Operations Donald.W.Neufeld@uscis.dhs.gov

Lori Scialabba- Deputy Director, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services lori.gill@dhs.gov

and Alejandro Mayorkas I believe Is the ex Director of USCIS- alejandro.mayorkas@dhs.gov

If we can all send them email and see if that helps with all this backlog I don't know just an Idea.

At this point it sure can't hurt. I actually wrote my Congress Rep late last night. I know I just started the process but the thought of waiting all these months just breaks my heart. I can't begin to image what those who have had close to a six to seven months of wait time are going through. I will def email them.

I emailed my congressman, too, just a few days ago. Nothing yet. I'm waiting already more than 7 months to get NOA 2.
