What exactly does your RFE say? Usually your passport entry and exit stamps are the information they're looking for as primary evidence or having met. Itineraries are usually looked at as nothing more than secondary evidence if even that.

That was my first thought, too. Passport stamps are better evidence than an e-ticket. An e-ticket proves you paid for the flight, but not that you actually took the trip.

My second though was the dates were not that clear on the stamps, but sometimes they totally miss that evidence has been included to.

Then use that documentation, which is good evidence along with copies of your passport entry stamps. What (exactly) does it say on the RFE? Do they ask for proof that you traveled or did they specifically request an e-ticket? We enclosed passport stamps and boarding passes, not e-ticket receipts. We followed a guide on here to do so.

Do not send fake anything. Send what you have and send a covering letter explaining that you are sending copy passport stamps in the absence of the e-ticket, a copy of which you have been unable to obtain. If you send anything fake, they are more likely than not to spot this and that will be an instant denial. You have legitimate and good documentation. Send that.

FAKE should be a banned word on VJ..dont even think it. I know this is cultural but for the tickets I used:

  • Did you get Delta Medallian Credit for the flight? Call Delta. They can get you the eticket number. Then add it to your Delta Frequent Flyer Account and voila you have it.
  • Failing that an explanation for the RFE with any receipts and notations will help. I wouldnt make it difficult for the Immigration agent at TSC to decipher things as they might get upset with you.
  • Deleted emails are called 'deleted emails' Nothing is ever deleted....did you check your sent/deleted email folder? Just a thought

I also agree with this. Are you POSITIVE that the RFE is asking for past travel information and not something else? Maybe you can post what the RFE says word-for-word (with all personal information omitted, of course) and VJ members can help you interpret it.

Sounds like you missed numerous areas of evidence. You need to prove you met in the 2 years prior to filing the K-1.

Copy your passport copy, all pages, note the pages with the entry and exit stamps for your trip. Entry and exit stamps are primary evidence of having made the trip.

Photos of the two of you together during the trip. With notes on dates and who is in the photos. Even better including photos where the two of you are with family.

Letters from the family, saying they saw you together, and support the marriage.

You did not include the required passport photos.

You did not include the letters of intent to marry within 90 days of entry. These must have original signature. One letter from each of you.

The RFE should be broken down into certain areas you failed to provide adequate evidence, and/or areas you didn't cover at all. It would be helpful it you give the exact wording of the areas you've been tagged for in the RFE.

I agree with the above that they have given you a range of suggestions to choose from and in fact the flight ticket doesn't prove you actually travelled so I wouldn't be too worried about that, though you could give them a copy of your itinerary if you have one. If you have any boarding pass tabs, or other travel tickets/coupons while you were together and any shop, restaurant receipt, credit card bill that proves you were there including photos. Passport stamps are great evidence as there is no question that you arrived and left on those dates. Build a picture of your trip with any receipts photos together etc. Its surprising what you find when you go through everything... best of luck !
